ReplyDeleteThe overall objective of this project is to improve the educational status of poor children. The specific objectives of the project are to initiate the community to advocate for support and education of poor children, to increase the enrolment of students in school, to increase the access of poor children to education, to change the life condition of poor children through education and to empower the households of poor children economically. Major activities to be carried out are selecting poor children most especially girls, support them, conducting community meeting, conducting student meeting, empowering the families of the poor children economically, formation and strengthening of poor children’s student club and employment of coordinator. Duration of project commence from January 2026 and on-going depending on the agreed donor time framework and also availability of resources. The direct 5 beneficiaries of this project are 500 poor children (Girls 300 and Boys 200) in 7 communities in the semi-urban areas and rural areas, central region where as the indirect beneficiaries are their families. The expected outputs are 500 poor children supported in education and their families supported economically.

Historical Background
This church was established on September 13, 2009. Through a fruitful partnership with Good Samaritan, we have successfully achieved the following milestones:
1. Purchased a dedicated piece of land.
2. Constructed a temporary structure currently used for worship services.
3. Purchased 40 plastic chairs for congregants.
4. Connected the church premises to the national electricity grid.
5. Built a restroom (WC) facility catering to all genders.
Location of the Church
Our church is situated within Mianzini Ward in the Temeke District, along the Indian Ocean strip. It is located two kilometers from the Mbagala suburban area via Kilwa Road, in the southern part of Dar es Salaam city. According to the 2022 National Census, the local area has a population density of approximately 12,000 people across more than 1,963 households.

Vision for Church Construction
we thank God for blessing us with a church compound. Since 2009, we have achieved steady progress in hosting worship and other spiritual services. Currently, our church compound is located more than fifty meters away from the primary local road, and there is no direct vehicular access to the site.
To effectively reach out to a larger percentage of the local residents and fulfill our mission, our immediate priority is the completion of essential church infrastructure.
